Can I order flowers to be delivered anonymously?
Floral and gift orders which are to be sent anonymously are not accepted by Fleurish, without exception. This policy is noted in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, which you must agree to when placing your order. If you place an order asking to remain anonymous or without a card message or signature, we will contact you to explain this policy. If this is not agreeable to you, we will promptly arrange a refund. We do this to prioritise the privacy and safety of both our customers and our recipients.

Do you provide same-day delivery?
Each arrangement that Fleurish makes is unique and we source seasonal floral products for each order placed to make sure it is as fresh as possible. In addition, since we currently operate on a small scale, we only source enough florals to fulfill orders placed and do not carry excess stock. For these reasons, we do not offer same day delivery at this time, but will revisit this in the future.
Do you deliver on weekends?
At this time, we do not offer pick up or delivery on weekends or public holidays. We hope to offer delivery on Saturdays in the future.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
We deliver to a few select rural locations in the eastern Auckland region for an additional surcharge. Details of the areas that we service can be found on our Delivery Information page. Please select the recipient’s town from the delivery area dropdown during checkout and delivery charge will be displayed.
We hope to be able to offer delivery to additional rural addresses in the future.
Can I come and pick up my order?
Yes, though pick up is available by appointment only. Please make sure to note that you’d like to pick up the flowers when checking out and select your requested pick up date and time. We will then be in touch to confirm the time.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home or isn’t available?
If the recipient is away, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, cool place out of direct sunlight. If you have a preferred safe spot in mind, please make note of this when placing your order.
If no safe place can be found or if the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, the flowers will be returned to us. We will contact you to discuss whether you would like to pick up the order or attempt another delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Can I order a seasonal bouquet to be used as a bridal or bridal party bouquet?
The seasonal bouquets that we sell through our online shop have been conditioned and prepared to be displayed in water. They are not appropriate for carrying as a bridal or bridal party bouquet, and we do not recommend them for this use.
In addition, bouquets that are purchased from our store are supplied with flowers that are not yet blooming so that you can enjoy their beauty over time. When we make bouquets for use in weddings, we carefully condition and prepare the flowers so that they are at full bloom on the day of your wedding.
